To delete Users from a Group

If you are not already in the
Users
interaction, click on
Users
in the ClearTrust SecureControl Manager Web UI top menu to open the
Users
interaction.

Click on the
Select
button at the bottom center of the window to open the
Select Group
dialog

Click on the
Use
button next to the name of the Group from which you want to delete Users.
- If the list of
Groups is long and you don't see the name displayed, you can click on the
Next button to display more Group names, or on
the Search button (see Searching
for Users, Objects and Resources). Search results will display in the
Select Group dialog; click
Reset to return to the list of all Groups.

Once you have clicked on the
Use
button next to the Group to which you want to add Users, the
Users
interaction will be re-displayed. There will now be displayed an "
Add to
" button as well as a
Delete
button next to each User's name who is not in the Group. In addition, a list of Users belonging to the Group you have selected will appear at the bottom of the window. There will be a
Remove
button next to the names of the Users belonging to the Group.

Click on the
Remove
button next to the name of the User you want to remove from the Group. That User will no longer appear on the list of Group members, and a
Add To
button will be shown next to the User's name on the User list above.

To remove Users from another Group, click on the
Select
button and choose another Group name.
